What’s Happening over the next several months!

October/November 2013 – FIJI

It’s always exciting planning holidays and my next one is no exception! Every year we plan a trip away with a group of like-minded people whether it be diving or a photography get together. In less than three weeks I’ll be diving, visiting local villages and relaxing at the Matava Eco Resort on Kadavu Island, Fiji with my husband, Dieter and four other diving friends. A trip report including photographs will be forthcoming.

April 2014 – TASMANIA

During the last week in April, I will be attending the RedBubble “Fagus Week” Cradle Mountain, Tasmania.  This is an unofficial workshop with members from the RedBubble forum meeting to share their photographic experiences and learning from one another.  Early morning treks to capture the magnificent sunrises, walks through the Tasmanian wilderness and photographing sunsets are all on the week’s agenda.  Can’t wait!

July 2014 – CAMBODIA

A return tour to Siem Reap, Cambodia is currently being organised.  During my visit this time I plan to go to Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Centre in the Takeo Province to see the wonderful rescue work being carried out.  Then returning to Siem Reap via Kratie Province near the mighty Mekong River.  My time in Siem Reap will be visiting the village I help sponsor as well as seeing the sights, temples and enjoying the hospitality of the Cambodian people.  I am looking to travel with up to five other like-minded people who would like to enjoy the delights of Cambodia, maybe take in a cooking class or two, visit the night markets, yes shopping opportunities, and Pub Street, see the wildlife and countryside, share photography tips and learn along the way.  If you are interested, please fill out the form on the Contacts Page with your details. Land content including tours, transport and accommodation will be organised through my contacts in Siem Reap.
